Helping those who want to help

About Us

We are a Puerto Rican nonprofit and private entity. Founded in Puerto Rico in 1958 by Robert D. Ehret and his beloved wife Elta Yoder under deep principles of Jesus Christ of Nazaret for religious, charitable, benevolent, scientific, health, humanitarian, and educational purposes. The Foundation provides assistance and helps nonprofit institutions operating in Puerto Rico or serving Puerto Rico, all in the love and name of Jesus Christ.

Our Mission

Our mission is to continue the legacy that our founders Robert D. Ehret and his wife Elta left us, helping the most vulnerable community in Puerto Rico throughout the distribution of part of the net profits of its wholly owned subsidiary, Ehret Funeral Home, to local nonprofit entities. Our inspiration is Helping those who want to help.
